Payment Terms
General Conditions

SIA JIFTECO provides flexible and transparent payment options for both private and business customers.
By placing an order, you agree to these payment terms and the company’s general conditions.

Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer (prepayment) – an invoice will be issued and sent to your email after order confirmation.
  • Invoice payment / post-payment – available to registered business clients by agreement.
  • Online payment (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) – available if enabled on our website.
  • All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.


Invoices and Payment

  • The invoice is issued immediately after the order is confirmed.
  • Payment must be made within the due date stated on the invoice (usually 3–7 business days).
  • Orders are processed or shipped only after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of late payment, JIFTECO reserves the right to delay or cancel the order.


Post-payment Terms (for Business Clients)

  • Post-payment is available only for long-term or contract-based clients.
  • The standard term is up to 30 days from the invoice date.
  • In case of delay, a late payment fee of up to 0.1% per day may be applied.

Refunds and Returns

  • If a product or delivery does not meet the agreed conditions, please contact us within 5 business days.
  • Refunds or exchanges are handled individually.
  • Refunds are issued to the same account from which the payment was made.


Security

  • All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption and certified payment gateways.
  • JIFTECO does not store credit card or online payment information.
