Historical settings
As part of the research projects of the "Rural Support Service", fundamental knowledge has been acquired about the protection of young conifers against damage by ungulates and dendrophagous insects. By continuing the research activity, knowledge was acquired and several versions of the recipe were successfully developed for an innovative, biological repellent for the protection of conifer seedlings against damage by ungulates and weevils.
Patent description
In 2021, SIA "Jifteco" has obtained an International Invention Patent for "ecological repellent recipe, which mainly consists of oil epoxy, terpenes, abrasive particles, solvent and viscosity aids".
